It has been quite a few years since I last looked into that format, so I won't
be able to spot anything different without quite a bit of time to get back
up-to-speed. Alas that isn't happening for a few weeks due to $DAYJOB
If you have some time, are you able to step through the POI code in a debugger,
and see if you can spot some code that starts to process the attachment then
rejects it, which might give a pointer to the exact bit of code to investigate
more?
