POI provides a set of classes and methods. There is no one magic read method.
You need to traverse from the Document to its Paragraphs and Runs.
Unless you provide the code that you are using, we will not know what you are
talking about.
You could also spend a little bit of time describing what content that your
code is not picking up and where in your code you are expecting that to be
found.
