XMLBeans is not really a great lib. Memory intensive, dreadfully slow. Not
great test coverage. Complicated code.
POI uses it because so much code was built on top of XMLBeans and it would be
massive work to basically rewrite the whole of poi-ooxml.
I would be interested in why anyone else would like to keep using XMLBeans.
