Fixes https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=69522 `XSLFFreeformShape.setPath` (also reached via `SLGraphics.fill`, the reporter's route) failed with `XmlComplexContentImpl cannot be cast to CTPath2DQuadBezierTo` for any path containing a quadratic curve when `poi-ooxml-lite` is on the classpath: the `CTPath2DQuadBezierTo` interface was in the ooxml-lite report, but nothing exercised `addNewQuadBezTo()`, so `CTPath2DQuadBezierToImpl` and its `.xsb` type entry were missing from the lite jar. Every other path segment type (`moveTo`, `lnTo`, `cubicBezTo`, `arcTo`, `close`) was already covered.
