Follow-up to #126 (Java 17 baseline). - `androidSdkMinimum` 26 → 34 - gummy-bears signature `0.3.0` → `0.16.0` API 34 (Android 14) is the first level whose core libraries cover the Java 17 API. Checked against the gummy-bears 0.16.0 signatures: | API level | Java 11 APIs (`String.repeat`/`isBlank`, `InputStream.readAllBytes`/`transferTo`) | Java 16/17 APIs (`java.lang.Record`, `String.stripIndent`, `Stream.toList`) | |---|---|---| | 26 (old) | ✗ | ✗ | | 33 | ✓ | ✗ | | 34 | ✓ | ✓ | With 26 the check would reject Java 9–17 APIs even though Java 17 is now required. 33 would still block records, and a record in a public API needs `java.lang.Record` at runtime.
