SpotBugs SBSC_USE_STRINGBUFFER_CONCATENATION: `compare` is the comparator used to sort xpaths. It built the common path with `+=` in a loop on every call. It now appends to a `StringBuilder`, and converts it to a `String` only on the branch that needs it. The gain is small, because xpaths have only a few levels and most of the cost of `compare` is walking the schema.
