## Summary - Correctly scale trailing-comma number formats that include decimal placeholders, preserving precision before formatting. - Handle escaped and quoted decimal points, including the `!` escape used by Excel in formats such as `0!.0,`. - Add regression coverage for trailing-comma scaling and escaped/quoted decimal points.
