`BuiltinSchemaTypeSystem.fillInType` (and its copy in `XQuerySchemaTypeSystem`) gave xs:ENTITIES and xs:NMTOKENS `WS_UNSPECIFIED`. Their `FACETS_BUILTIN_LIST` whiteSpace facet already says collapse, which is what XML Schema Part 2 requires for list types, and xs:IDREFS has used `WS_COLLAPSE` since #142. Because the base rule was unspecified, `StscSimpleTypeResolver` accepted a `<xs:whiteSpace value='preserve'/>` restriction of xs:NMTOKENS or xs:ENTITIES, although it rejects the same restriction of xs:IDREFS. This change folds the three builtin list types into one case. `BuiltinListWhiteSpaceTest` checks the rule on both type systems and checks that the preserve restriction is rejected.
