- Saxon-HE 13.0 -> 13.1 (build.gradle, build.xml, LICENSE-binary.txt) - xmlresolver -> 6.1.0, the version Saxon 13.1 depends on. The previous pins (5.2.5 in the builds, 5.3.3 in LICENSE-binary.txt) were already behind Saxon 13.0's 6.0.23. Notes: - Saxon 13.1 is the first release to declare `Automatic-Module-Name: net.sf.saxon`; before that the module name was derived from the jar filename as `Saxon.HE`. `module-info.java` now has `requires static net.sf.saxon;`. Anyone running xmlbeans on the module path who refers to `Saxon.HE` in their own module-info will need to update it. - xmlresolver 6.x publishes its catalog data as the `data` classifier of the main artifact; there is no separate `xmlresolver-data` artifact any more. LICENSE-binary.txt has been updated to match.
