The sidebar was being generated in a random order. This PR creates a fixed list that is consistent with the current docs UX on polaris.io. I also noticed that Docusaurus didn't like the license headers in comment form inside the docs markdown -- it wouldn't generate the correct link names in the sidebar unless I removed the license headers. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
