Hi all,
Since our "official" chat is on Zulip [1], we should have some rules for
it as well, so I started a document that I would like to share with you
for discussion.
The intent of these rules is not to add a ton of restrictions, but
actually the opposite: to make it clear that the chat is open to everybody.
However, I wanted to make it clear that the ASF code of conduct applies
to the chat as well. I also think that we should have some rules around
how we deal with commercial vendors/products and other OSS projects and
organizations - this was basically the motivation for this document.
