Incorporating the "Getting Started guide for Trino + Polaris" and "Getting Started guide for Spark + Polaris" is what I had in mind for https://github.com/apache/polaris/issues/319
We can add a section for users who want to quickly set up Trino or Spark infrastructure with Apache Polaris.
