I did find a couple of minor things: - RAT checks exclude all **.md files, which I don’t think is correct. Luckily, commenting out that line and running RAT shows that all of the markdown files have good license headers. Because the markdown has headers, I don’t think this is a blocker. - The NOTICE file includes the entire Netty notice via the Nessie NOTICE, but the only content from Nessie are build files so this almost certainly doesn’t apply. It would be nice to clarify this and remove it so that downstream consumers don’t need to worry about it.
