Hi JB, Thanks a lot for organizing this! One quick suggestion for our community sync: can we spend 5 to 10 minutes highlighting contributions (especially merged PRs) that happened between meetings? It could let the whole community know the progress made over the past 2 weeks. It could also really help recognize our contributors and encourage even more activity—an idea I picked up from the Iceberg community sync.
