Hi All,

I don't see strong objections on this, so we will start proceeding with
putting the spark client in the main repo, and we will move
it out to a separate repo if the client plugin later if needed.

Thanks a lot for the input! and special thanks to Jean-Baptiste for helping
in checking the legal issues for release !
