Quick update: 1. I opened https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/1493 to fix the server distribution "classpath" and include README.md in both admin and server distributions 2. For the admin, we have to pass $args to run.sh (in order to be able to do ./run.sh foo). I will push that in #1493 PR too.
