Overall reasons for the -1:
* zip/tarball/images missing
* license/notice issues
* broken(?)/different commit content
Zip and tarball binaries for `polaris-server` and `polaris-admin` are
missing in the Maven publication.
Docker images for `polaris-server` and `polaris-admin` are missing.
License/notice issues in the Spark "bundle" jars. It's not clear which
license/notice applies.
* duplicate (!) `LICENSE` and `NOTICE` files in the "root" folder
* multiple `LICENSE*` and `NOTICE*` files in the "root" folder and in
`META-INF`
* Eclipse + BSD-3 license files in the "root" folder and in `META-INF`.
IIUC having a Maven classifier for the Spark plugin was considered an
issue, however the "end user" dependency requires a Maven classifier
(`bundle`).
FYI The spark "bundle" jars also contains duplicated dependencies.
The diffs of PR 1695 [1] merged to "main" and the corresponding commit
[2] on the 1.0.x branch are different for a GH workflow.
Not sure about whether the `DISCLAIMER` file needs to be present in
jars, maybe JB can clarify?
