Hi Yufei, Good point about monthly releases.
I suppose JB means to promote the `dev` ML more for synchronization among developers, so we could use email for talking about releases. I also tend to prefer the current bi-weekly cadence myself, but I suppose with more emphasis on email, monthly community meetings are going to be fine too. We can always make ad-hoc calls and notify `dev` to talk about complex issues among interested parties. Cheers, Dmitri.
