Hi

I will take a look at Anand's PR. It would be great if we can include
it in the 1.4.0 release.

As we graduated now, I propose to take the time to prepare the 1.4.0
release for post migration:
- remove incubating from the release scripts and name/version
(including README files, etc)
- updating the Gradle configuration
- remove the DISCLAIMER file
- update the NOTICE (removing the incubation)

The website can be updated in a second step (removing Incubator
mention, updating documentation, ...).

I think it can be done pretty quickly.

What about being ready for 1.4.0 by the end of this week ?

Regards
JB
