Since we have implemented Indexing for ElasticSearch, it should be reasonably
easy to convert that effort to either/both of Solr and Lucene, and we should
simply drop this "named queries only" approach of the Solr indexer.
I think this issue can be closed because of that, since the current dependency
on library-rdf is internal only, seems to just get back a consistent
traversable format..
