As the Assemblers are growing and becoming ever more dominant, we now need a
way to remove declarations made in those assemblers, so that one doesn't need
to copy the class to the project and amend it there.
I suggest that remove() method is introduced on the "Declaration" type
(EntityDeclaration, ValueDeclaration and so on), which simply drops all
declared types.
