The StateChangeNotificationConcern that is intercepting EntityStore writes and
forward the changes to (typically) the Indexing subsystem, is quite similar to
UnitOfWorkCallback.
I think we should consolidate these into a single feature, which in turn is an
extensible MetaHook probably through composition.
