There are some common execution related features that I would like to see in
the standard library;
* Executors of each types with configurable pools and monitoring
* @Retry concern for method invocations
I am sure there is more to follow.
These are too small to put in a library for each, and either we make it part of
the API+Runtime, or simply put all into a single library.
