Hi all, The Board approved the Pony Mail graduation resolution at last night's meeting (July 15). We are now officially a Top-Level Project!
Here's where we stand on the post-graduation tasks. I've been working through these today. DONE: [x] 1. Confirm appointment (Secretary notified) [x] 2. Subscribe to [email protected] [x] 3. Verify pmc-chairs LDAP group membership [x] 4. Update foundation/officers/affiliations.txt [x] 5. Update committee-info.txt [x] 6. Understand Board reporting schedule (monthly for first 3 months: Aug, Sep, Oct) [x] 7. Create/verify [email protected] [x] 8. Verify all PMC members subscribed to private@ [x] 9. Verify mailing list moderators [x] 10. Update podlings.xml (status=graduated, enddate, resolution) [x] 11. Update podling status page (projects/ponymail.xml) STILL TODO: [ ] 12. File TLP Parent Request with Infra (JIRA) [ ] 13. Rename/move git repos (incubator-ponymail-* -> ponymail-*) [ ] 14. Post announcement to dev@ about repo moves [ ] 15. Create dist area folders (release/ponymail, dev/ponymail) [ ] 16. Copy KEYS file to new dist location [ ] 17. Handle old incubating release artifacts [ ] 18.
