Podling lists should use $project.incubator.apache.org
e.g. for the podling Juneau, the email address should be
`[email protected]` - not `[email protected]`
https://lists.apache.org/[email protected] should present
itself as `[email protected]` - as emailing
`[email protected]` even fails with a DNS error. This also mean that it's
Subscribe button is wrong, as it links to
`mailto:[email protected]`.
