Bug: stats.lua - cache causes inconsistent output when quick is used
When the quick qualifier is used, stats.lua will return the cached values
of firstYear and lastYear if they happen to exist.
This will occur if there was a non-quick query with the same list and
domain values in the last 10 minutes or so.
This is inconsistent.
Unless it is expensive to calculate the values, it would be better if they
were recalculated as necessary even if quick (statsOnly) is selected.
