I would cautiously say January is a likely candidate for that,
though it will probably be a maintenance release. I don't foresee the
new UI being done by then. I think we have a good amount of bug fixes
ready to be pushed out.

Which reminds me: Folks, when you fix a bug, please put it in the
changelog, so users can tell the difference :)
