Since the current generators use the parsed message body as part of
the hash, the generated id is sensitive to the exact format of the
parsed result.

For example, if the html2text parser is updated to fix a bug or
improve the output, then re-importing such an email may change the
body and therefore the generated id.
This may result in duplicates and will result in changed Permalinks.
