Hi,
I have verified all build issues we filed for Mac OS X and macosx02 child workspace and made that cws "Ready for QA".
Does always Florian python patch work ? I'm not sure** because some changes have been made in python since macosx02.
**Florian just send me the new for m79
With this cws integrated, we should be able to build on Mac OS X out of the box (with the exception of helpcontent2, see below).
IMHO, we need yet some cws to come, and do some verifications, but we're not far, right.
I'll made preview
releases for several languages for which I'm doing my regular builds anyway.
I'd prefered do a preview for french preview if possible...
Right now, we have two issues:
+ libxmlsec and f..ny malloc.h
- building helpcontent2 freeze
Yes, with berkeleydb-3.2, not with berkeleydb-4.2
- testtool doesn't work/crashes *early*
I'll try to investigate the second issue if time permits.
You want to say it doesn't even run or it crashes with just one or some tests ? For the first case, Florian proposed a patch. And this patch works correctly for me.
If I remember correctly, this is : <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=42778>
The problem seems to be caused by vcl (see attached patch). an issue is already submitted, and this issue seems to be accepted as "correct for a workaround", if I'm not wrong.
