Hi Eric, Tino,

Hi Eric,

I just noticed that in SRC680m101 there is no longer directory
"<ooo build directory>/moz/zipped" so your build instructions
are probably outdated an need to be adapted.

Stop, see <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=48857>.

The moz/zipped directory will be back once CWS vq15 is integrated
but there will be no prebuild zip files for different architectures
in the moz module anymore.

I'm not sure if you could re-use your prebuilds before, if yes
you will be able todo so again. (If you keep them after building them
once and copying them into that directory.)

  Volker

P.S.: <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=48825> might
interest you also.

I have no m101 sources yet but I'm fetching them today and try to get the build started today evening.

I'll see what changes I have to make to my build instructions.

Thanks for the hint.

For the moment use:

-enable-build-mozilla (and --with-mozilla) in your ./configure
script.

I don't know why but when I left out the --with-mozilla Mozilla
wasn't used here under Mac OS X and m99. Could be one of the
mysterious behaviours of m99. It was a strange build for Mac OS X.

BTW: Any ideas how to deal with the mozilla stuff now. Wouldn't
it be useful to deal with it similar to the apache-ant stuff
(specifying the location where to find the pre-built mozilla
packages on the configure command line)?

I don't know if this works. I switched to compiling mozilla myself
in m99 after all the messages here on the list reporting mozilla
breaking but it didn't break here :-) See what ./configure --help
gives you. See if there is an option to point the configure script
to pre-build Mozilla packages.

Regards,
Eric Hoch
