Last but not least, I propose to provide these builds directly
packaged, following the same idea I proposed for future 2.0.
For non available localisation strings, en-US will be default.
I hope the same will be possible for next 2.0. Work in progress. One
more time : feel free to help...
I can test ja locale on Panther 10.3.9 (I've not yet upgraded to
Tiger...).
