1)

- test if macosxgcc4 breaks is ok when building m131 using *gcc-3.3*. (
m130 and > builds are already ok using gcc4 )

- propose a modification for language packs, actually non working since
we modify the install set.
Because we have not the time to make things twice, *please* advertise
here when you take over one task.
