I indeed did sometimes notice that OOo hangs but this doesn't happen that
very often every four to six months or so. I thought this to be
"normal" since every software has it's crashes and freezes and the
hanging didn't occure that regularly so that you can
You do not need to be ashamed if you find it NOT normal when a software
crashes and freezes even if this happens only seldom. These are quality
problems that need to be fixed.
