I hope I've installed Open Office correctly. I downloaded it and then
dropped the Open Office Icon from the disk image into my applications
folder.
When I double click the icon, Open Office starts up, but then I get
only a menu that says Open Office.org File and Edit. After a few
seconds Open Office closes without any prompt and without any error
message.
My computer is a Dual 1.8 GHz Power PC G5 with 512 MG DDR SDRAM and
runs Mac OS X version 10.3.9.
If I've done something incorrectly please let me know. If there is a
fix for this I'd like to know that also. I hope this has been of help
to you.
