We talked about this a little in the last but one triage meeting
and I wanted to relay the consensus form that discussion to the
larger group for comment and/or approval.

1. It was agreed that we should move away from the Level* ecosystem
2. It was agreed that we should move towards built-into-JS-runtimes SQLite
3. It was _not_ agreed to do a wholesale replacement in the next major release.
 - in detail, we want to make sure folks on the Level* ecosystem today get a
chance to migrate to the new world.
 - As such, the next major version that comes out after adding the SQLite
solution lands will still include the current state of the Level ecosystem. We
are aware that this won’t work on all systems, but it should work for folks
relying this the same way it works currently. We also deprecate the Level*
ecosystem and publish a migration guide (it’ll be replication)
 - The next +1 major release of PouchDB then will drop the Level* ecosystem.

What do you all think?
