Eliminate enginemanifest for stateless build
Changes:
* manifest.json is removed completely. `pio build`is stateless, and no
longer writes anything to metadata storage.
* engineFactory (ex. "org.template.recommendation.RecommendationEngine") is
used as **engineId** instead of a randomly-generated string
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
