Provisionr and Rundeck are complementary projects and we should find a way to
bundle them together as part of the binary distribution.
Provisionr can already expose an endpoint that generates an .xml file that can
be loaded by Rundeck as a Node Resource Source [1]
A follow-up task would be to use the Rundeck API to create a default project
and also to setup a catalog of workflows for common tasks.
