Currently, the user has to use the config commands in order to configure
credentials etc for Amazon/CloudStack. This is not the friendliest of all and
we should consider doing some of the following:
i) Use system property placeholders in configuration, that will pull
configuration from env (if possible)
ii) Allow the user to specify those as options in the create pool command (?)
iii) Use something like shell:edit of karaf 3.0.0 to have an editor/wizzard
like experience.
