Hi, Thank you for putting this together ! Is there any way to have a meaningful list of highlights of this new release ?
I have followed the development and probably I know the contents of this release, but the Pulsar project is huge, and the link to github refers to too many details. For instance we have support for Transactions, we changed the layout of the repository and we have the upgrade of BookKeeper to 4.12.0 IMHO it is important to help the people who are testing the release to know what to expect during the upgrade. In the BK community we usually attach links to the release notes for instance.
