Tuesday 2nd February 4pm PST works for me as first meeting date. I am fine with having two meetings as well if this will help participation.
Regarding the YouTube recordings, I am afraid that this would scare people that maybe would like to attend or tell their opinion but they don't feel good in being recorded and published on social.
