construct. Pulsar action website successfully built

[https://pulsar.incubator.apache.org/] are not sync. I have manually synced
multiple times in
[https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/resync.cgi?repo=pulsar.git&server=gitbox|https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/resync.cgi?repo=pulsar.git&server=gitbox,]
, but it doesn't seem to take effect
