Hi - Discussions is now enabled at https://github.com/apache/pulsar/discussions
We will see discussions activity on dev@pulsar. Once we begin to see how much activity, etc. then we can discuss if the email should go to users@ or a new discussions@ mailing list. Someone should start a discussion about how to use the feature and that decisions need to be on dev@pulsar mailing list.
