+1 (binding)

- verified source release file hash and signature
- ran build
- validated the Nuget package using a simple Pulsar app

Using dotnet sdk 8.0.101 on MacOS arm64.

I documented how the validation can be done on MacOS:

Hopefully this makes it easier for others on MacOS to run the
validation process and vote.
