It would help PMC members evaluate the situation if you could point to several concrete examples of PRs, issues, and mailing list threads that you think show your problems. If you want to ask one at a time you could do so on this dev@ mailing list to discuss the technical merits. This would allow anyone looking into your observations a chance to easily understand and evaluate on technical merits. By having this discussion here you can assure that the conversation is archived where anyone can easily find the discussion years from now at lists.apache.org <http://lists.apache.org/> . Alternatively, please provide a list of examples with links to the PMC via an email to priv...@pulsar.apache.org <mailto:priv...@pulsar.apache.org> so that the PMC can look into your concerns. It may take some time, but I promise at least I will look into these. You may find information about how ASF communities should work from the resources maintained by the Community Development project here: https://community.apache.org/contributors/index.html <https://community.apache.org/contributors/index.html> > > This is a community, it is not a product managed by one single company. I can understand how the fact that a vendor’s engagement may appear to dominate by sheer volume, but the ASF and good community development requires that anyone joining the community be able to contribute even if they have little time. For those contributors who are still following along, please consider taking time to consider, comment, and truly engage with the backlog of issues and PRs in the project’s various repositories.
