Hi community, It has been more than three months since the release of 3.2.0. we now have more than 280 commits <https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pulls?q=is%3Apr+milestone%3A3.3.0+is%3Amerged+> and 11 PIPs <https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pulls?q=is%3Apr+milestone%3A3.3.0+is%3Amerged+label%3Atype%2FPIP+> merged. We'd better prepare for the 3.3.0 release. I would like to cut branch-3.3 in the next week and freeze the code for two weeks. Please leave any ideas or concerns.
