No, we can’t do that, as there are still legacy systems relying on V1 topics. Declaring end-of-support for V1 would block those systems from upgrading, effectively cutting them off from Pulsar. To avoid that, we must continue supporting V1 topics as it's a widely used naming convention across many existing legacy environments.
