I validated Apache Pulsar Helm Chart 4.8.0-candidate-1 on Ubuntu 22.04
with Helm 3.16.4 and Kubernetes 1.25.16 in kind, using Pulsar 5.0.0.

Validation performed:
- Verified source/chart SHA-512 checksums, GPG signatures, and Helm provenance.
- Ran RAT license checks, strict Helm lint, and template/schema validation.
- Tested Broker/Proxy messaging and partitioned topics with ZooKeeper and Oxia.
- Verified Functions execution with embedded and separate workers.
- Checked durable-subscription recovery after broker replacement:
  produced 20 messages, acknowledged 7, and recovered the remaining 13
  with zero final backlog.
- Confirmed Oxia filesystem package paths and hashes remained unchanged
  across broker replacement.

The checks listed above passed.
