I see....
It was issue 40901 and I verified that issue on the child workspace...blame me...
In this case there wasn't a component relation but a startup performance fix by reducing string comparisons in the components desktop, framework and sfx2. Thus not having a component relation Malte filed that issue to the testproduct component which surely wasn't correct. Nontheless it's irrelevant as the fix is already integrated.

Funny, because it happened yesterday that I had a look in eis for the changes in m80 that I discovered an issue reported by "mt" in component "*Testproduct" that was clearly an issue against the TestTool ;-)
