Well, yes .. ideas but no strict plans.
I think we simply should find people, interested in doing the daily qa
job (confirm bugs, ask for / provide mor infomation, search for
duplicates ...). If we have two or three "experienced bug hunters"
there, we could exchange knowledge with other people and spread the
knowledge.
So I'd say 10 to 15 minutes talk about the qa-work and after that ..
just work on bugs.
As far as I don't have much information about the infrastructure in
Koper it might be interesting to know wether there is WLAN or wired
LAN available and if there are computers for those people interested
into bug hunting (without having an own computer at the conference).
I don't think, that computers would be the big problem. I'm shure some
of us will bring a laptop .. and even two or three people per computer
should be ok.
For the infrastructure, I'll ask at the conference list.
