App:=Write Situation: Recovery from crash. Dialogue box message reads: "Please help us to solve the problem ... Click 'Next' to open the Error report Tool. Problem: No button labelled 'Next' is presented to the user. The two choices available are 'Start Recovery' and 'Cancel' Suggestion: Either change the text in the message or on the button so that both are congruent. Comment: One of the most annoying things about most message boxes associated with error reporting in Windows based systems is the inability to select and copy the exact text of the message using the mouse or keyboard. As this information is often of great interest to those supporting the product one would think that that this capability would be made available to users if for no other reason than to make things as easy as possible for people to report the entire and exact error message that they are getting. Suggestion: All message dialogue boxes should allow the selection and copying of text (and graphics for that matter) to a clipboard and permit pasting this into other applications. I will get to the cause of the crash next. -- *** e-mail is NOT a secure channel *** James B.
